Anna has over 20 years of clinical experience as an Osteopath. She has completed degrees in both Biological Science ( Biochemistry) and Osteopathy. She has also completed a Master’s degree in Osteopathy.
Anna has extensive knowledge and experience in the treatment of a range of musculoskeletal injuries including spinal and sporting injuries. Anna has competitively participated in marathon running and dance and she uses her skill and knowledge to assist the novice through to the professional athlete to return to sport, enhance performance and prevent injury. She has experience in the treatment of joint and spinal conditions affected by mechanical and postural strain as well as disc and arthritic pathologies. Additionally, Anna has an interest in women’s health and pregnancy related pain, treating women in all stages of pregnancy for conditions such as pelvic pain and lower back pain using gentle techniques.
Anna also has a strong interest in the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction and is certified in The Goralsky Craniomandibular Method™, our practice approach.
Anna utilizes a comprehensive biomechanical approach in her treatment combining a range of soft tissue and indirect joint mobilization techniques.
She enjoys walking and running and going on holidays with her family.
