Darron Goralsky

Darron is the CEO & Clinical Director of More Than Physio. Darron completed his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in South Africa in 1993 where he went on to complete his post grad in manipulative therapy. Darron is also a Craniosacral Therapist and has a special interest in managing headaches, jaw & face pain. Darron is also the director of our on-site special interest practice Melbourne TMJ & Facial Pain Centre, one of the few centres in Melbourne offering very specific therapy for jaw and face pain conditions. As the founder of the Goralsky Craniomandibular Method™ Darron remains commited to staying current with all advances in this niche area of clinical expertise.

Darron’s compassionate and holistic approach to treatment is the driving force behind the More Than Physio concept – bringing together a range of mainstream and complimentary therapies to deliver the best possible results for all our patients.

As of 2020, Darron no longer consults directly with patients as he dedicates his time to supporting his growing team of experienced therapists.
