Debbie Spanos graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy. Debbie has worked as a physiotherapist in private practice for over 20 years. Her approach to physiotherapy is thorough using long assessment sessions – generally 1 hour and extended treatment sessions. This allows for extensive soft tissue work and mobilisation, patient education regarding their condition and the teaching of self-management strategies and exercises. Debbie often treats patients with complex and multiple problems. When the patient leaves they should feel empowered and better able to aid their own recovery.
